DEXPAND®-REP MT is a system for repairing damage to the factory coating of pipes and pipelines that has occurred during transport, storage or installation, for example. By using DEXPAND®-DRP with either DEXPAND®-Mastic or DEXPAND®-Meltstick, the system is ideal for medium pipeline temperatures of up to +85 °C.
With DEXPAND®-REP MT you achieve a high-quality repair, save time and money: because you apply the system very quickly and without special tools.
DEXPAND®-REP MT : Industries and solutions
DEXPAND®-REP MT has been specially developed for the repair of coatings that fulfil the required test values in accordance with ISO 21809-1 and ISO 21809-3. As the first part of the repair system, DEXPAND®-Mastic or DEXPAND®-Meltstick is filled into the damage of the factory coating and then sealed with a repair patch. With such a high-quality repair system for the coatings of pipelines, you can work sustainably and ensure long-lasting operation.
