DENSIT®-Tape AL
DENSIT®-Tape AL is a self-adhesive synthetic tape with a laminated, polyester-reinforced and highly tear resistant aluminium film. The highly adhesive butyl coating adheres very well to all materials in industrial use. Surface, edges, rabbets and other transitions are fully covered and sealed.
DENSIT®-Tape AL is UV-resistant and proof against diffusion by water vapor and oxygen. The silvery surface means visually inconspicuous sealing is possible even in visible areas.
In combination with a DENSOLEN® tape inner wrap, long-term, weather resistant corrosion protection for above-ground pipes, e.g. on pipe bridges, can be created.
