DENSOLID® TLC

Corrosion protection system for post-factory coating of welded seams in pipe driving using thrustboring and jacking procedures.

DENSOLID® TLC is a two-component spatula compound, applied to the thickness of the adjacent factory coating on the welded seam area of steel pipes.
DENSOLID® TLC is applied in two working stages and achieves electrical insulation immediately after curing.
The spatula compound is non-flammable and is cured in a few minutes by propane gas flames.
There is no danger of shrinking or cracks forming during this process.
Pipe driving can begin immediately after cooling, enabling short cycle times.
DENSOLID® TLC spatula compound has no unpleasant smell and contains no toxic compounds.
The cured welded seam coating has a high degree of shear and abrasion resistance. The surface smoothness that develops after hot curing or independently provides particularly low friction in the soil.

DENSOLID® TLC System  is distinguished by high resistance to subsurface erosion and stability against cathodic infiltration.
