DENSOMAT®1-FZM
DENSOMAT® 1-FZM is a special version of the DENSOMAT 1 equipped with "barrel wheels" for wrapping welded joints of steel pipes with fiber cement casing. DENSOMAT® 1-FZM is a hand-driven wrapping machine for spiral wrapping of cold applied DENSOLEN® tapes around pipes and bends. The machine ensures even wrapping tension and that the prescribed overlap width is maintained.
DENSOMAT® 1-FZM can be used for straight pipes and pipe bends and on welded joints on steel pipes factory coated with PE or other synthetics from DN 80 upwards. DENSOMAT® 1-FZM can be used to apply all DENSOLEN® tapes in widths up to 100 mm. The device can be used where there is a minimum distance between pipe and trench wall or trench floor of 25 cm.
