FERMADUR^® S

FERMADUR^® S is a styrol butadiene rubber (SBR) compression seal for underground joints.
FERMADUR^® S is a sealing profile in vulcanized cellular rubber with a closed cell smooth outer surface and circular cross-section.
FERMADUR^® S effects a joint seal by means of the reset forces created by deformation of the sealing profile when installed in the joint. No bonding with the joint edges is necessary.
FERMADUR^® S can therefore be applied independently of weather conditions, in summer and in winter when there is rain and snow.
FERMADUR^® S can be installed even in non-tight joints under constant pressure of water and it will take effect at once.

Description

FERMADUR^® S system can be used both in new construction and in renovation. Typical areas of use are seals for construction and expansion joints, in particular in civil engineering, but only for joint seals that are not directly exposed  to UV or ozone stress.
